254 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 254 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering, accessing, or using any part of the 254 platform available at https://254.best, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 254 platform.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of the updated terms. 254 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, and such changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 254 platform.
- You must be a resident or a user accessing the platform from a location where use of this service is lawful under local law.
- You are not permitted to register on behalf of another person or use an account that belongs to someone else.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 254 platform complies with all laws applicable to you.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
When registering an account with 254, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 254 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID or proof of address for compliance or transaction verification purposes.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts found to belong to the same individual may be suspended or closed without prior notice, and any balance held in those duplicate accounts may be forfeited at the discretion of 254.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 254 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to keep your login information secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 254 support team immediately at [email protected]. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs in your account, whether or not you were aware of it, unless you have reported the unauthorised access to us.
Platform Usage Rules & Restrictions
Users of the 254 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery, or manipulation in betting activities, including but not limited to bonus abuse, credit card fraud, or money laundering.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results in any way.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy with the intent to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent geographical restrictions.
- Publishing, sending, or distributing content that is obscene, offensive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate through any of the platform's communication channels.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, cancellation of all pending bets, and forfeiture of account balances at 254's discretion. Certain cases may also be reported to the relevant authorities.
Payments, MYR Transactions & Withdrawal Policy
Deposit & Currency
All financial transactions on the 254 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, Boost eWallet, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, and other local banks), and local bank transfers. 254 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly — any currency conversion is solely the user's responsibility.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change at 254's discretion without prior notice. Current limits can be viewed in the deposit section of your account after logging in.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the limits and processing times set for each payment method. 254 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits or when unusual account activity is detected.
Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered under the same name as the 254 account. Attempts to withdraw funds to a third-party account will not be approved and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limit
254 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, cyberattacks, or unforeseen circumstances. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties.
254's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim arising.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 254 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 254 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reuse, copy, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from 254.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 254 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. 254 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the respective third party's own terms.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
254 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, fraud or suspicious activity, the user's own request, or an operational decision by 254. Where an account is closed at the user's request, any eligible account balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to administrative charges or automatic closure in accordance with the current platform policy. Users will be notified before any action is taken on an inactive account.
Amendments to Terms
254 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page with a clear update date. Users are responsible for checking this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the 254 platform must first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, users agree to resolve the dispute through arbitration or a dispute resolution mechanism designated by 254.
